To summarize, one can certainly say that John Webster is greatly influenced by the Roman dramatist Seneca through the manner in which he created, designed the tragic situations and focus on crimes that should be committed even though there are many modifications which indeed makes it more creative cum imaginative. on the other hand, the rover really exposes what Restoration comedy of manners entails. Aphra Behn using wit exposes the behavior and manners of individuals during the time of Charles II
