The world is bedeviled by diverse experimentations with governance and leadership approaches most of which are yet to yield the desired results. From The Philippines to Cameroun, from Venezuela to Nigeria, the story is practically the same. Coupled with the issues of a firm grasp of the directions or misdirection of governance globally, is the centrality and relevance of Agriculture in the face of the thriving population across the globe.
